*One additional appointments set incl. catalogue listing is available at a charge of US$ 1,500 + VAT per set. Additional catalogue listing can be purchased at an extra cost of US$ 100 + VAT with a maximum of two additional listing per booth package and one per meeting counter. Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased at an extra cost of US$ 90 + VAT each.

Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility
Companies booking a position on the EUROPE Pavilion must fall within one of the following categories:
- Participants of the World Bridge Tourism;
- National Tourism Organisations of EU Member States or ETC Full Members;
- ETC Associate Members;
- Other European Commission supported initiatives in the fields of culture and heritage, coastal and maritime tourism or similar;
- Other European Destination Marketing Organizations as well as travel and tourism providers under the umbrella of their respective National Tourism Organisation.

Exhibition space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Payment terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking. ETC reserves the right to re-sell the space if payment is not received.
Please note that the pavilion layout may change nearer the event. An updated floor plan will be circulated as soon as it becomes available.

• Cancellation policy
Cancellation deadlines:
- If you cancel by 31st January 2017 you will be refunded 100% of the fee paid
- If you cancel by 28th February 2017 you will be refunded 50% of the fee paid
- If you cancel after 28th February 2017 you will not be entitled to a refund

My EuroShorts
2014 edition

Capitalising on the success of the EuroShorts Film Competition in 2013, we launched the My EuroShorts 2014 follow-up edition. This time all travellers from around the globe visiting Europe were invited to submit a short video about their personal journey showing what a unique, interesting or just pure fun time they had.

From a range of submissions from all 6 continents, “Le Cose da Fare” by Andrea Venditti was the best short film selected by a professional jury and public voting.

Roll the Dice
Online campaign

The “Roll the Dice” campaign follows up on the invented board game developed for the EuroShorts Film Competition.
The campaign aims to educate, motivate and engage users to discover Europe as the most diverse travel destinations worldwide.
"Roll the Dice" in an online board game developed as a multiplatform application with strong focus on social media. Game players can create the perfect itinerary by answering quiz question about European destinations in a very entertaining way and share their travel experience with friends by sending funny postcards via different social media channels. The result is that these pan-European routes will inspire players and drive them to real action in Europe.

Short-Film Competition

In summer 2013, ETC invited filmmakers across Europe to submit their ideas for creating a new inspirational video to promote Europe as a tourism destination. From a range of superb applications, ‘Rolli the Dice’ by Benoit & Detalle & Marija Jacimovic was the winning pitch.

Based on an invented board travel game, the film sees the two protagonists' journey through Europe as they roll the dice at every step of the way to determine where they will go next.
